Consent to personal data processing
By filling in the form on up-bp.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to V.A. Maltsev Sole Proprietorship, INN 253603464478, OGRN 323237500386245, address for personal data requests — va-maltsev@yandex.ru (the Operator) to process my personal data.
1. Request data
Name, phone number, e-mail, company name, message text, request purpose. Purpose: to reply to the request, contact me, show and connect Unlimited Performance services. Request data is stored on servers in Russia and is not transferred outside Russia.
2. Visit data
Cookies, IP address, browser and device details, actions on the site. Purpose: visit statistics. Recipients: Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica, Russia) and Google LLC (Google Analytics). Google Analytics data is transferred outside Russia.
3. Term and withdrawal
Request data — 12 months from the last contact or until consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal: by e-mail to va-maltsev@yandex.ru.
